AVOID THESE MISTAKES IN YOUR VISUAL BRANDING

Here are some of the reasons why the visuals of your brand matter:

Did you know that 90% of the information that we receive and ends up being transferred to the brain is … VISUAL?

Did you know that 93% of the most engaging Facebook posts have IMAGES (socialbakers)

Images are what make people stop scrolling and pay attention to what you have to say.


Did you know that the retention of information seen on a picture is 65% vs. the retention without an image 10% (brainrules.net)

 

Things you should NOT do when it comes to your VISUAL BRAND:

 

Don’t think about your visual brand as only your logo. Your visual brand involves so many other elements like color palette, fonts, and graphics.

Don’t think of your creating your VISUAL BRANDING first before you have clarity in your BRAND IDENTITY.  You need to have a clear essence for your brand, before creating your visual branding.  If you do good groundwork from the beginning, you will realize that it sustains for years to come.  Here is a great resource if you need a place to start to gain clarity for your brand.


Don’t think of Visual branding as an isolated element that gets presented in your website and business cards. Your visual branding can carry to EVERYTHING visual where you present your business: being social media, emails, business photos, videos, etc
